Chinese Food: Hong Kong Fried Rice

This Chinese food recipe is very versatile. It makes an excellent side dish or main dish with or without meat. And it is also great with pork, chicken, beaf, sea food, even lots of veggies. You can experiment with different kinds of meat and vegetables.
A tip here for you is Soy Sauce. Use only very little, about a half to 1 tea spoonful of Mushroom Soy Sauce instead the common soy sauce. Mushroon soy sauce brings you the delicacy you’ve never expected before!
